Peyton Manning
245 pass yards, 3 pass TDs, INT
Manning paid fantasy dividends for all those owners who gambled on him after he missed all of 2011 with a neck injury. He threw for 253 yards and two TDs against the Steelers. Week 2 could be a shootout between QBs, with Matt Ryan on the other sideline.
Willis McGahee
75 rush yards, 2 rec, 15 rec yards
The Broncos drafted Ronnie Hillman to possibly take over for McGahee in the backfield, but that time has not come yet. McGahee rushed 16 times for 64 yards against the Steelers in Week 1, and he's worth a look against a Falcons defense that allowed over 130 rushing yards to the Chiefs.
Knowshon Moreno
30 rush yards, 1 rec, 10 rec yards
With Ronnie Hillman inactive, Moreno was McGahee's backup for Week 1. He had just five touches and Hillman is still expected to climb past him on the depth chart.
Demaryius Thomas
5 rec, 90 yards, rec TD
Big-play ability is what Thomas brings to this offense. We saw it last year with Tim Tebow at QB, and now again with Manning. Thomas took a screen pass for 71 yards into the end zone for his only score in Week 1. Thomas was targeted seven times and he remains a must-start receiver.
Eric Decker
5 rec, 75 yards, rec TD
Decker caught five passes for 54 yards in his first game with Peyton Manning in Week 1. Don't be surprised to see Decker with more catches than Demaryius Thomas by season's end. He's also a strong red-zone target.
Jacob Tamme
4 rec, 45 yards, rec TD
The former Colts tight end enjoyed more success from the arm of Peyton Manning, as Tamme caught five passes for 43 yards and a touchdown. The Falcons muzzled Chiefs TE Tony Moeaki, but the Broncos offense is too strong for the Falcons.
Matt Prater
3 PATs, 2 FGs
Prater had just three kicks (one field goal, two extra points) against the Steelers, but Pittsburgh really worked to keep the Broncos offense off the field. Expect more opportunities against the Falcons on Monday night.
INT, Sack
The Broncos defense did a lot of bending, but not breaking against the Steelers in Week 1, and they even scored on an interception return. The Falcons offense, however, poses a much more serious threat, which makes the Broncos a unit to reserve in Week 2.
